1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the kg9997 platform, including but not limited to the website at kg9997.org, all associated mobile-optimised interfaces, betting services, live casino facilities, slots, crash games, and any other products offered under the kg9997 brand (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account or making any use of the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and that you agree to be bound by them in their entirety. 2. Eligibility and Age Verification

3. Account Registration and Security

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, registered mobile number, and any other details requested. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balances.

Each individual may hold only one account on the kg9997 Platform. The operation of multiple accounts, whether under the same name or different identities, is strictly prohibited. If you believe an account has been opened in your name without your authorisation, you must contact our support team immediately.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. kg9997 will never ask you to share your password with any staff member or third party. You must notify our support team immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. kg9997 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the breach resulted from your failure to maintain reasonable security of your credentials.

Account credentials are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any of the rights associated with it to any other person. Any attempt to do so will result in the immediate closure of the account and forfeiture of any balance held therein.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

The kg9997 Platform supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Maximum transaction limits may apply and are communicated at the point of transaction.

Deposits are generally credited to your account balance within a few minutes of successful payment confirmation. kg9997 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, mobile financial service providers, or network disruptions outside our control. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, in order to prevent money laundering and maintain payment integrity. Under normal operating conditions, approved withdrawals to bKash, Nagad, and Rocket wallets are processed within 15 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take longer depending on the receiving institution.

kg9997 does not charge platform fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile financial service provider or bank may apply their own transaction charges, for which kg9997 accepts no responsibility. Currency conversion fees may apply when transacting in currencies other than BDT.

Any funds deposited on the Platform must not originate from criminal activity, money laundering, or any other unlawful source. kg9997 operates a strict anti-money-laundering policy and will report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities where required. Any account found to be involved in suspicious financial activity will be suspended immediately pending investigation, and any balances may be withheld pending the outcome of that investigation.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

kg9997 may, at its discretion, offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, reload promotions, VIP rewards, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. Each promotional offer is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which will be communicated at the time the offer is presented. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall govern with respect to that promotion only.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or the bonus plus deposit amount, as stated) must be wagered on eligible games before a withdrawal request will be approved. Bets placed on certain game types — including but not limited to some table games, live dealer games, or specific excluded titles — may not contribute fully or at all to wagering requirements.

Bonuses are intended for recreational use and must not be exploited through systematic play patterns, arbitrage strategies, or any approach designed to extract value from a promotional offer without genuine recreational intent. kg9997 reserves the right to void bonuses, reclaim bonus-derived winnings, and close accounts where bonus abuse or exploitation is identified. Indicators of bonus abuse include but are not limited to: placing opposing bets on the same event across multiple accounts, exploiting a technical error in bonus calculation, or coordinating with other players to collectively exploit a promotion.

Bonus funds cannot be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash equivalent, or used toward any purpose other than wagering on the kg9997 Platform. Unused bonus funds will expire after the period stated in the relevant promotion's terms.

6. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

All bets placed on the kg9997 Platform are subject to the specific rules governing the relevant sport, event, or game type. These rules are available within each product section of the Platform. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the applicable rules before placing any bet or wagering real money on any game.

Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it is binding and cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed by the player except where the Platform's own error has occurred and is documented. kg9997 reserves the right to void bets in the following circumstances:

• The bet was placed on an event that was subsequently abandoned, postponed beyond a defined period, or otherwise rendered void under the applicable rules.
• A clear and material error in the published odds or game parameters occurred, including obvious pricing errors.
• The bet was placed in violation of these Terms, including through the use of automated betting software, bot activity, or other non-human means.
• The outcome of an event was influenced by illegal activity, match-fixing, or other integrity violations confirmed by the relevant governing body.

The use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any other non-human tool to place bets, interact with games, or otherwise use the Platform is strictly prohibited. Any account found to be using such tools will be suspended immediately and any associated winnings will be voided.

kg9997 uses certified random number generation (RNG) technology for all applicable casino and slot games. Game outcomes are independently audited for fairness by the relevant game studio providers. In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, the result recorded in the Platform's server logs shall be considered definitive.

7. VIP Loyalty Programme

11. Account Suspension and Termination

kg9997 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice where we have reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The player has provided false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information.
• The player is engaging in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct.
• The player's account is involved in collusion, match-fixing, or abuse of platform systems.
• The player is under the age of 21 or is otherwise ineligible to use the Platform.
• A regulatory or legal obligation requires us to do so.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, any balance held in the account will be frozen for the duration of the investigation. If the investigation concludes that the player is not in breach, the balance will be released and the account will be reinstated. If a breach is confirmed, balances derived from fraudulent activity or bonus abuse will be forfeited, and any remaining legitimate balance will be returned to the player via the original payment method.

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closure, any pending withdrawal requests must be completed and any active bonus must be resolved in accordance with its terms. Voluntarily closed accounts may be reopened on request, subject to verification, provided no exclusion or ban is in place.

These Terms represent the entire agreement between you and kg9997 with respect to the subject matter herein and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the same subject matter.
